HonorCare® is accepted at medical providers nationwide. If your provider doesn't already accept HonorCare®, you can refer them to us.
No. HonorCare® is a healthcare payment plan that does not replace medical insurance policies that you might have. It is intended to help you pay for out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by your health plan.
We offer a few variations of payment options for patients to choose from: 0% interest payment plan over 3, 6, or 12 months.
Sign up online. Signing up is fast and easy, with almost no wait time to find out if you've been approved.
To sign up, you must first provide the patient's Provider ID and Account Number. We will then verify your identity by requesting:
Your date of birth
Your Social Security Number
Your driver's license.
Once a charge has been processed, you will receive your first billing statement within 30 days.
Call us at (888) 313-7842 extension 6 to make sure your statement was mailed to the correct address. You can also access your account information online to view your most recent statement.
Yes. There are no pre-payment penalties with HonorCare®.

I need to change my phone number and address on my account. Do I have to contact your call center to make this change?
