How will HonorCare® help me and my family manage our health finances?

HonorCare® is a healthcare payment plan that will help you pay for out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by your health plan.

Where can I use HonorCare®?

HonorCare® is accepted at medical providers nationwide. If your provider doesn't already accept HonorCare®, you can refer them to us.

Is HonorCare® a medical insurance policy?

No. HonorCare® is a healthcare payment plan that does not replace medical insurance policies that you might have. It is intended to help you pay for out-of-pocket expenses that are not covered by your health plan.

What kind of healthcare payment plans are available?

We offer a few variations of payment options for patients to choose from: 0% interest payment plan over 4, 6, or 12 months.

How can I sign up for HonorCare® payment plans?

Sign up online. Signing up is fast and easy, with almost no wait time to find out if you've been approved.

What information do I need to sign up online?

To sign up, you must first provide the patient's Provider ID and Account Number. We will then verify your identity by requesting:

Your name
Your address
Your date of birth
Your Social Security Number
Your driver's license.

When will I receive my first HonorCare® account billing statement?

Once signed up, you will receive an email with a copy of your payment plan.

I haven't received my statement yet. What should I do?

You can access a copy of your payment plan within your HonorCare® account.

Can I pay off my HonorCare® account before the end of the term?

Yes. There are no pre-payment penalties with HonorCare®. Please call us at (888) 313-7842 option 2 to confirm your remaining balance and request a pay off form. 

Can I make a payment at the doctor/provider's office?

Unfortunately, payments are not accepted at the provider's office. For a general overview on how to make a payment, visit the How it Works page.

I need to change my debit card number or bank account number on my account. Do I have to contact your call center to make this change?

No need to contact us for a new Debit Card number; It will still correspond with the same bank account you presented at sign up. Please do call us at (888) 313-7842 option 2 if you need your payments drafted from another bank account.

I'm having trouble accessing my account online. What should I do?

My insurance paid on my account balance after I signed up for honorcare®. What should I do?

Please contact your provider directly. They will verify and let us know if the payment plan will need to be redone for a new balance.
